            5 In Progress
            _TICKET_STATUS_RESOLVED_ID Resolved  (Is this 6?)
            7 Canceled
The default value is customizable in advanced settings ==> Advanced settings => ticket_reply_status_id

Move User to Customer
  1. Find the contact you wish to move, find user_id
  2. Go to the Customer account you wish to move this Contact to.
  3. After customer_id=nnn in the url, paste &move_user_id=nnnn
  4. Press the Enter key.
  5. Click the Save Button
  6. The contact will now be moved and set to the primary contact 
  7. Sst the previous primary contact back if needed.
