Transitions Lifestyle System is a comprehensive 12-week program that provides the tools and step-by-step approach to enable you to create a healthy way of life, not just a temporary fix.
Transitions is based on making healthy food choices that promote body fat loss, making exercise fun, and offering support that will help you embrace small changes that bring about long-term results.
Weekly educational topics and coaching support will help you learn how to make healthy food choices, combat stress, and plan meals. From day one, you will have all of the resources, education, and personal attention you require to help you on your journey.
There are three ways for you to find out more about Transitions Lifestyle System:
1. Attend an overview. Overviews are offered via webinar or held at the Old National Bank Community Room. Visit our website and click on Services to register for an overview.
2. Request an information packet to be mailed to your house. The information packet contains a 9 minute audio CD and support information.
3. Contact me to touch base with you either through email or on the phone.
Classes are offered weekly and are held at Old National Bank Community Room or by webinar. Classes are ongoing and new students are welcome to join at anytime.
Stay tuned for TLS Shape Up, a unique program for kids 10-17. TLS Shape Up is designed to address the specific needs and concerns of the 10-17 age range, teaching these kids how to take charge of their lives and bodies. Through TLS Shape UP, kids and their families can learn more about making healthy lifestyle choices, building positive self-image, learning how to set goals, and understanding how our bodies respond and react to nutrition and exercise.
