Default New Shaping Up Monroe County Group starts
We welcome our new Shaping Up Monroe County group! They began Jazzercise classes this past week and we are gearing up to start the nutrition session!

For anyone that missed out - you can still work along side our group for the next five months and learn more about nutrition and fit tips for weight loss for $39.
