| They are life savers!! We knew when we bought our home, that the entire plumbing had to be re-done (it was improperly installed). We knew Roto-Rooter was the best in town, and they proved themselves (it was an intense job). So we would not be out of a bathroom for long, they worked around a 16 hour shift to get the job done enough that we could use the bathrooms!!! recently, at one of our locations we had a problem with a sink drain in our employee bathroom, after trying all of the over the counter remedies ,so to speak, I realized it wasn't

| A couple of years ago my wife and I began having sewage back up into our bathtub [yuck]. After trying the various liquid drain cleaners to no avail, we called Roto-Rooter to come out and take a look. We had lived in our first home for less than a year and, unfortunately, the problem was pretty big. The main line running from our house to the city sewage had completely collapsed. What's more, we live on the highest elevation on the block with our front yard greeting a retaining wall before meeting the street. This did not make for an easy repair. Not only was Bob and his crew immediately responsive, they worked through the weekend and performed the work at a VERY resonable price. I would urge anyone with plumbing needs to call Roto-Rooter first. They are the best, and Bob stands behind all the work his crews perform. I am a complete embarassment to my father! He was such a skilled person - carpenter by trade, but could lay bricks, undertake home projects with electricity, plumbing yadda yadda yadda.
I had the simplest job that a home DIY person should really have conquered, but I needed the help of Bob and his company! It was a complete waste of time for them, but they still undertook the project with professionalism, timeliness and great staff.
You ought to know that they have the skills to handle far more testing assignments - camera inspections of underground pipes, fixing and installation of sump pumps, new and existing home building, grease trap installation and maintenance and so much more that qualified plumbers are good at!
