| We had a problem with our hvac unit and the secretary was not happy! I have learned that if the secretary is not happy, none of us is happy. We called Josh at Air One and he responded the same day! He had us back up and going after replacing some parts on our system. I have personally recommended him to my customers and have great reports of him saving my customers literally thousands of dollars after another company tried to replace the entire system. He diagnosed the problem and found a loose wire. This made him and us look like heroes! Kudos to Josh and the Air One team! |

| When Josh came to do a "check up" on our heater, he also hooked up our dehumidifer (that was part of the system), that we didn't even know we had!!!!We had other companies do the system check in the past, and no others had bothered to even mention that there was a dehumidifier as part of the system!!!!!! | Josh Gillihan of Air One Heating & Cooling has saved the day for me more than once. On two occasions, clients were told that they had to replace their furnaces immediately. While I'm sure Josh would have enjoyed making the sales, too, he was honest, gave the homeowner more economical short term options and I'm sure will be the one they call when they do need to replace their furnaces.
