The answer is YES we do take coupons from www.restaurant.com. You pay $10 and get a coupon that is worth $25 off of food purchases over $35. An 18% tip is included so do not let that confuse you. This is a nationwide program so you can use these on vacation too. Some corporations buy the coupons and give out to their customers as a bonus. AT&T was doing that recently with our coupons.
What makes us special I believe it is a combination of our homemade food and the atmosphere together. The candlelight atmosphere is very romantic and people like dining in a historical building in a historical neighborhood Propsect Hill. Ragazzi's is over 100 years old. But, bring a sweater in the winter because it can be cool even if we have the heat up to full blast.
We also take WFIU cards. You buy one entree and get one entree free!
Our special for the next 6 months will be you give us your business card and once a month a couple will win a complete dinner with all the trimmings at Ragazzi's! With their permission we will post the winners name and hometown.
We get many questions regarding our hours and the time we close. Please, we will explain. We are open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. We open at 5 pm. During the week we close around 9 pm and on the weekends 10-11 pm. We close when the customers quit coming so every night it is a different time. We do not mind staying open later if your definitely coming. So if you want to come late a simple phone call will secure your table just let us know. Sundays and Mondays we are traditonally closed. But, if you would like to come in on those days we will open only on those two days by "reservation" 24 hours ahead. We need reservation because we might be cooking somewhere else off site. Please make a reservation if you would like to come in on Sunday or Monday. Lunch or dinner is possible on Sunday or Monday. Yes, we will be open for Valentine's day on Sunday starting at 5 pm and we still have reservations open call in or email tamyrad2004@yahoo.com!
My husband was from La Mezia Terme, Calabria (South Italy) hence why we are an Italian restaurant. We get asked about that too!

Ragazzi Arte Cafe offers an artistic dining room experience. The food is delicious and cooked fresh with organic ingredients.
We have a four burner stove so for big parties it is best to pre-order family style so we can have the food ready when you arrive.
We do have gift certificates available for your special family occassions. We have an out of state following also and they are great gifts to mail to your friends and family who are coming in town for a special visit.
In the dining room we have 35 local artists featured. Quaint dining experience by candlelight. We have been told the best homemade tiramisu in the world! So when you come please save room for this delicious dessert.
Our d'Ippolito family has restaurants in San Francisco and Italy so if you are doing any traveling please let us know so we can direct you to them on your travels.
